Sometimes water just doesn’t cut it, am I right ?! Today with the sunshine beating down on us I wanted to have something refreshing yet not filled with sugar. I’m a huge lemon lover and lemon water is one of my go-to drinks so this isn’t so far off. Yet it’s different and totally delicious and who doesn’t need a kick of caffeine? 

  

Ingredients:

  • Filtered water 
  • A handful of Fresh Mint 
  • 1-2 Lemons 
  • 4 Green tea bags

So first thing is you boil your water. I did a whole kettle full, then you add your tea bags and lemon juice. I let that steep for a good 4-5 hours and let it completely cool down and put it in the fridge. Once it was completely cooled off I added the fresh mint leaves. 

There you have it a simple refreshing drink. Add a few ice cubes and maybe some mommy juice (aka. Vodka) and your good to go.
